Mehdi Esmaeili is Principal Structural Engineer with professional experience in UAE, OMAN, IRAN, and Newzealand. An engineer and domain expert in Seismic/Structural Engineering with 22 years of experience in the design and management of various types of structures in the infrastructure, civil, building, and power plant sectors. Also specialized in the design and construction of various types of Small/Medium/ Tall and Super Tall Buildings in the GCC & IRAN. Mehdi graduated in Seismic Engineering from IUA in 2001. He is a Chartred engineer (unlimited licenses) in Dubai. Some of his achievements are listed below:

Farid Rezaeian has more than 20 years of experience in structural design, specializing in steel structure, seismic design, structural retrofit, and connection design.
Dr. Rezaeian has taught graduate-level courses on structural design and evaluation of steel structures. Farid is a member of the American Institute of Steel Structure and a nominated expert in ISO projects on the execution of structural steelwork (ISO 17607 series). Dr. Rezaeain is also among the 25 Accredited Steel Inspector ‐ Buildings in Ontario.

Mohammad Jalalpour is an accomplished Structural Engineer and Researcher with extensive experience in seismic design and retrofit of structures

Dr. Jalalpour’s recent work focused on developing standards and methods for structural repair and retrofit utilizing various techniques such as Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP), concrete jacketing, external post-tensioning, section enlargement, and bonded concrete overlay strengthening techniques.
